The Role:
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in our continued growth and success. We're looking for someone who has a track record in technical recruitment. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain the best talent.
 
Key Responsibilities
•    Lifecycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, to finalizing hires.
•    Development: Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top technical talent, leveraging your agency background and understanding of the technical landscape.
•    Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and to ensure recruitment strategies align with department goals and company vision.
•    Insights: Provide insights into market trends, competitive intelligence, and technological advancements to adjust recruitment strategies as needed.
•    Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, enhancing the company's brand as an employer of choice.
 
Qualifications
•    6 - 9 years of recruitment experience
•    track record of successful technical recruitment, managing full lifecycle recruitment processes for various technical roles.
•    understanding of recruitment methodologies and tools.
•    negotiation and communication skills.
•    to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adaptable to changing priorities.
•    good communication skills in English
