  • Lead the development and implementation of sales education in partnership with Commercial Education, ensuring the field is compliantly trained on safe and effective product use, procedural knowledge, clinical value, competitive differentiation, and strategic selling skills.
  • Establish governance and accountability mechanisms, including operating cadences, dashboards, milestone reviews, decision logs, and clear action owners; escalate material risks and recommend solutions to leadership.
  • Influence and lead across functions by building a strong internal network with R&D, Marketing, HCC, Legal, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, and other partners to accelerate decisions and resolve complex execution barriers.
  • Engage customers and key opinion leaders to gather actionable insights, respond to product and procedural questions, address objections consistent with approved methodologies, and inform commercial strategies and future innovation priorities.
  • Build strategic partnerships with Academic Medical Centers, fellowship programs, professional societies, and future orthopedic leaders to expand education, advocacy, and organizational connectivity.
  • Develop and communicate field strategies for professional education and society meetings, ensuring coordinated objectives, effective resource deployment, and clear post-event follow-through.
  • Provide visible leadership during critical field challenges, taking ownership of issue resolution, coordinating appropriate resources, and ensuring timely communication to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Model a culture of ownership, accountability, compliance, and continuous improvement by challenging assumptions, simplifying ways of working, sharing best practices, and raising commercial execution standards across the organization.
