Responsibilities / Tasks
CORE MISSION is to protect operational flow through preventive supplier quality and fast, effective issue resolution.
Supplier Quality | Audits & Development | Reports to Quality Director.
Your Responsibilities:
Qualify and approve suppliers through capability reviews, risk.
assessments and documented audits.
Plan and conduct supplier process and quality-system audits,
including follow-up of findings.
Lead supplier NCRs, containment, root cause analysis and corrective.
actions using 8D, 5 Why and CAPA methods.
Define supplier quality requirements with Procurement and Engineering, including inspection criteria, control plans and first article expectations.
Monitor supplier quality KPIs, recurring failure modes and
quality-related delivery impact.
Develop suppliers through coaching, performance reviews andstructured improvement plans.
Support risk-based incoming inspection and ensure lessons learned are built into standards and supplier selection.
Collaborate with Quality, Procurement, Engineering, ProjectManagement, Assembly and Commissioning at both sites.
Your Profile / Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing or a related technical field.
Typically 3-5 years of experience in supplier quality, manufacturing quality or quality engineering.
Practical experience with supplier audits, non-conformity management and corrective action follow-up.
Strong knowledge of 8D, FMEA, MSA, SPC, Control Plans and root cause analysis.
Working knowledge of ISO 9001; ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 are an advantage.
Able to interpret technical drawings, specifications, tolerances and inspection documentation.
Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Professional English required; Dutch strongly preferred.
Willingness to travel to suppliers.
