Compensation

Compensation includes a base salary in the range of $67,100.00 - $100,700.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

We're seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead facility maintenance operations and help ensure our buildings, equipment, and grounds remain safe, functional, and well maintained.
This is a working leadership role where you'll oversee daily maintenance activities, coordinate preventive maintenance programs, assign and prioritize work orders, and support a team of maintenance professionals. You'll  be balancing hands-on facility oversight with planning, reporting, and team leadership.

What You'll Do
Lead Daily Maintenance Operations
•    Supervise and support maintenance technicians and other facility personnel
•    Prioritize, assign, and monitor daily maintenance activities
•    Ensure repairs and preventive maintenance tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
•    Provide coaching, guidance, and training to team members
Maintain Facility Systems & Equipment
•    Oversee the maintenance and operation of building systems and infrastructure
•    Routinely inspect and maintain: 
o    HVAC systems
o    Electrical systems
o    Plumbing systems
o    Fire alarms and sprinkler systems
o    Security cameras and related building systems
o    Building structures, grounds, and exterior assets
•    Identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and coordinate corrective actions
Manage Preventive Maintenance Programs
•    Develop and maintain maintenance schedules and procedures
•    Ensure preventive maintenance standards are followed across facilities and equipment
•    Monitor performance and recommend process improvements to increase reliability and efficiency
Drive Work Order & Facility Management Processes
•    Utilize the Facility Maintenance System (FMS) to prioritize, track, and close work orders
•    Maintain accurate maintenance records and reporting
•    Coordinate vendor services, repairs, and inspections as needed
Promote Safety & Compliance
•    Support the development and implementation of facility maintenance policies and standards
•    Ensure compliance with safety procedures and applicable regulations
•    Lead and coordinate maintenance-related safety training
•    Support emergency response efforts and address urgent facility issues as they arise

Minimum Qualifications
•    High School Diploma/GED and 5 years’ experience in facility maintenance, building maintenance, or related experience. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a bachelor’s degree and 3 years’ experience in a related field; a master's degree and 1 year of experience; or a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience
•    Experience coordinating maintenance schedules and work assignments
•    Ability to identify issues, make sound decisions, and solve complex maintenance problems
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills
•    Effective leadership, delegation, and interpersonal skills
•    Experience using Microsoft Office and computerized maintenance/work order systems
•    Ability to work in a physically active environment requiring mobility, dexterity, and stamina
•    Ability to respond to emergency maintenance situations when needed

Preferred Qualifications
•    Previous experience leading maintenance technicians or facility teams
•    Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building systems
•    Experience managing preventive maintenance programs
•    Experience working with facility management or computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS/FMS)
•    Knowledge of workplace safety practices and regulatory compliance requirements
•    Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, and third-party service providers

•    Office work, including planning, scheduling, reporting, and administrative responsibilities
•    Field work, including facility inspections, troubleshooting, and oversight of maintenance activities
You'll have the opportunity to work across a variety of building systems and facility operations, making a direct impact on the efficiency, safety, and performance of the site.

•    Mix of standard business hours and operational support responsibilities
•    Participation in an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance situations
•    Occasional evening, weekend, and holiday support may be required
