Como supervisor de Almacen, te encargarás de administrar los recursos establecidos para los almacenes de materias primas y productos terminados, ejecutando los planes de operación de manera eficiente, cumpliendo con las normas específicas de cada etapa del proceso logístico, para lograr la entrega oportuna a los clientes.

Responsabilidades clave:

• Programar las actividades de la operación (recepción, almacenamiento, despacho e inventario) estableciendo la prioridad y el orden de cada proceso, de acuerdo al plan de producción o el plan de entregas de pedidos, con el fin de asegurar entregas oportunas.
• Planear y coordinar la logística interna de materias primas completas, PIS y Pastas para garantizar el proceso de fabricación con el fin que las partidas de producción no tengan cambios en las fechas de inicio y así mismo brindar información oportuna a las partes interesadas (planeación, servicio al cliente y comercial), con el propósito de cumplir oportunamente las entregas de los clientes.
• Establecer y desarrollar el programa de capacitación y entrenamiento del personal operativo, con el propósito de garantizar un trabajo que cumple en términos de calidad, seguridad, ambiental y productividad.
• Generar las ordenes de comprar de acuerdo a los flujos de consumo de los insumos de empaque y embalaje que se requieren en el proceso productivo, con el fin de garantizar el flujo del proceso en los tiempos establecidos y la calidad requerida por el cliente. 
• Coordinar y controlar las operaciones de las sedes externas que prestan los servicios de abastecimiento y entrega de producto terminado a clientes, con el objetivo que estos almacenes garanticen el abastecimiento oportuno a los clientes locales.
• Realizar las inspecciones requeridas para mantener instalaciones y equipos en buenas condiciones operativas, con el fin de garantizar su disponibilidad y correcto funcionamiento en las diferentes etapas del proceso logístico.
• Hacer seguimiento a los programas de producción o planes de entregas, para brindar información oportuna a las partes interesadas (producción, planeación, servicio al cliente y comercial), con el propósito de cumplir oportunamente las entregas de los clientes.
• Medir y analizar los indicadores del desempeño del proceso, con el fin de evaluar y mejorar el cumplimiento del propósito del área.

Requisitos:

• Educación: Carrera concluída y contar con licencia/ tarjeta profesional obligatorio. (Profesional en Ingeniería industrial, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Logística, Producción o afines.)
• Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en manejo de personal (grandes grupos, al menos 15-20 personas)
• Experiencia en procesos logísticos. (Coordinación en recibo de mercancía, almacenamiento, inventario y despacho).
• Sólido conocimiento en Excel avanzado, (funciones de tablas dinámicas, pivote, algunas macros).
• Conocimiento normativo en mercancías peligrosas.
• Inglés intermedio/ avanzado
• Conocimiento en ERP (SAP/ Oracle) sería una ventaja.
