Supervisor Contract Administration

Job Summary

The Supervisor Contract Administration is responsible for supervising tasks, processes, and associates on various teams within New Owner Administration. The Supervisor must ensure processes and procedures are performed according to the established SOX guidelines that are established for each team. The supervisor will perform work directly related to title operations which may include audit and quality control, closing disbursement, and loan origination or recording and title. This position requires the regular exercise of discretion and judgement. The Supervisor will operate under general supervision to complete a variety of processes, training, and administrative tasks and projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the associates via training, performance management, scheduling/payroll management, and associate engagement.

• Serve as technical expert on all operational matters for the team and area of expertise.

• Oversees the responsibilities for the department assigned.

• Conduct quality assurance checks on processes as needed.

• Provide instruction and coaching to associates as needed.

• Manage and maintain sensitive issues with associates with tact, respect, diplomacy, and confidentiality, protecting the privacy and security of associates.

• Partner with peers and management as well as day-to-day business partners to promote an environment of teamwork and achieve common goals.

• Adhere to company and department policies, procedures, safety, and security.

• Create, update, and maintain department SOPs and job aids.

• Responsible for maintaining and achieving monthly/quarterly deadlines and goals.

• Other duties include special projects, enhancement testing, and ad hoc reporting.

Specific Candidate Profile

Education/Experience

• High school diploma/G.E.D. equivalent required.

• Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in the Mortgage Banking, Title, or Vacation Ownership industry preferred.

• Minimum of 1 year of previous supervisory experience directing hourly associates including training, performance management, scheduling/payroll, and associate engagement.

• Proficiency in the various systems used to support NOA (Universe, Concord, Sagent, DGSUN, RCC, Documentum, and other systems as designated).

• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Ability to analyze data and reports, and present to management.

• Organization and task management skills required.

• May need to move, lift, carry and/or push objects weighing up to 15 lbs. without assistance.
