JOB SUMMARY
Supervises operations and coordinates administrative functions for facilities. Supervises staff, coordinates projects, assigns staff functions and communicates policies and procedures. Provides input on programs and procedures for cost containment and space assessment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Assists in identifying needs, securing resources and implementation of training programs. • Ensures compliance with all local codes and standards. • Works with staff to ensure continuous life-cycle analysis of equipment. • Assists with the design and planning of new buildings and renovations of existing spaces. • Offers input into the strategic planning process, manages operating expenditures, and assists in developing and monitoring the budget. • The responsibilities listed are a general overview of the position and additional duties may be assigned.
