About You

• Residing in the state of Georgia
• Board-certified Psychiatrist (MD or DO) with an active, unrestricted federal DEA registration.
• Active license in Georgia.
• Proven experience supervising Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs).
• Knowledgeable in state-specific collaborative practice agreements and multi-state supervision regulations.
• Experience with telemedicine platforms and virtual care delivery.
• Committed to high-quality, measurement-based, collaborative care.
• Willingness and eligibility to obtain additional state licenses and DEA registrations in all utilized states as required for multi-state practice.
• Preferred: additional state licensures or active participation/eligibility in the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC).
• Preferred: Physical practice presence or primary home office located within Georgia.
  • Note: A recurring office stipend is provided to compensate for maintaining an eligible Georgia practice address.

About the Role

Supervision & Mentorship

• Supervise and mentor up to 12 PMHNPs (depending on licensure, available hours, and company needs), ensuring adherence to clinical protocols, compliant billing, and brief psychotherapy integration.

• Provide weekly supervision during a new PMHNP's onboarding period, followed by monthly group supervision.

Clinical Care

• Provide second opinion consultations for higher complexity cases in collaboration with your PMHNPs.

• Prescribe medications responsibly, ethically, and in alignment with measurement-based care.

• Conduct follow-up assessments, manage medications, and offer psychotherapy when clinically appropriate to optimize patient outcomes.

Process Development

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and improve tools, workflows, and care models that elevate psychiatric care.
• Help define and implement treatment guidelines and protocols that exceed industry standards in collaboration with the Medical Director.
  
  

Team Collaboration

• Work alongside therapists, care coordinators, and other clinicians in a collaborative, interdisciplinary care model.
• Contribute to case reviews and clinical discussions.
