As a Guru you will be accountable for:

• Conducting thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics. Supporting the development of strategic insights.

• Analysing business performance data and generating reports to support strategic planning and decision-making. Ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

• Assisting in the development and execution of strategic initiatives and projects. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

• Creating and formatting presentations and reports for senior management. Communicating complex information clearly and effectively.

• Supporting the coordination and management of strategic projects. Tracking project progress and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.

• Building relationships with key stakeholders across the organization. Facilitating effective communication and collaboration.

We're looking for someone who has:

• Relevant experience in strategy, market research, or a related field. Experience in a corporate or consulting environment is an advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, including Excel and PowerPoint.

• High energy, positive, flexible, and outcome-focused. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
