What you'll do

• Lead high-impact strategic thinking, influence senior client decisions and turn complex insights into clear, decisive action.
• Take a pivotal strategic role on one of our key global accounts, working across a diverse portfolio of brands and supporting other accounts as demand requires.
• Build trusted, long-term client relationships and provide strategic leadership across multidisciplinary teams.
• Own strategic deliverables from hypothesis through to recommendation, creating compelling narrative arcs and high-impact client presentations.
• Translate qualitative and quantitative research into robust recommendations that shape brand positioning and drive growth.
• Formulate sharp hypotheses, design primary and secondary research, and interrogate complex datasets to uncover high-value insights.
• Assess brand performance, competitive landscapes and cultural shifts to identify clear opportunities for growth.
• Establish efficient workflows that enable high-quality strategic delivery across multiple demanding projects.
• Apply AI tools, modern research techniques and innovative methodologies to improve efficiency and accelerate delivery.
• Develop briefs, points of view and strategic platforms that inspire breakthrough, award-winning creative work.
• Lead strategic thinking for pitches, identify organic growth opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to winning new business.
• Manage project targets, budgets and delivery, ensuring strategic ambition is matched by commercial rigour.
• Influence clients and multidisciplinary teams with confidence, clarity and a compelling point of view.

What you'll need

• Significant experience in strategy, with a proven track record of leading high-impact brand and business challenges.
• Strong analytical capability, including the synthesis of qualitative and quantitative research into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Exceptional narrative and presentation skills, with the ability to structure complex information into persuasive executive-level stories.
• Experience working across major global brand portfolios or complex, multi-market accounts.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines while maintaining strategic quality and attention to detail.
• Confidence and gravitas when guiding senior clients, influencing stakeholders and aligning multidisciplinary teams.
• A commercially minded approach, with experience contributing to pitches, account growth, project targets and budgets.
• A passion for culture, design, innovation and emerging marketing trends.
• Curiosity about AI, new technologies and modern methodologies, with a practical interest in applying them to improve strategic work.
