📆 What Will Your Day Look Like?

We are looking for a Consultant to lead workstreams within large-scale transformation programs for the world's leading telecommunications operators, mainly in North America. You will work side by side with client stakeholders to redesign how they sell, serve and operate, and then make it real on the platforms that run their business.

• 🎯 Lead a workstream within a global transformation program, from diagnosis through design to deployment.
• 🔄 Translate business needs into functional designs, user stories and process flows.
• 📱 Redesign customer operations, sales and service processes for B2C and B2B telecom businesses.
• ⚙️ Drive the functional side of platform implementations: requirements, configuration decisions, testing and adoption.
• 🤝 Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and communicate progress, risks and trade-offs clearly.
• 🤖 Contribute to Gen AI use cases embedded into client operations.

❗ Mandatory Requirements

• 🎓 University degree in Business, Engineering, Technology or a related field.
• 📅 2+ years of experience in consulting, systems integration, or in a transformation or platform role within a telecom operator.
• 🧠 Experience in at least one of the following: telecom domain (customer operations, sales and service, order management, lead-to-cash or BSS/OSS) or enterprise platform implementations (Salesforce, SAP or comparable market platforms), in any industry.
• 📖 Advanced English, spoken and written, to work day to day with clients in the U.S.

⭐ Desirable Requirements

• ☁️ Hands-on Salesforce experience in any cloud (Sales, Service, Communications, Revenue/CPQ, Marketing) and in any functional role: consultant, business analyst, product owner, configurator or administrator.
• 🏅 Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Sales or Service Cloud Consultant, Business Analyst, Platform App Builder). If you hold one, tell us in your application.
• 🏃 Experience delivering in agile teams as Business Analyst, Product Owner or Scrum Master.
• 💡 Exposure to Gen AI applied to customer operations or sales.

💬 Don't have Salesforce experience yet? If you know the telecom industry in depth, we still want to talk to you. We will train you on the platform.
