As a Strategy and Operations - xAlliance Enablement - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic sales and marketing initiatives within our Internal Firm Services practice. You will focus on enhancing brand visibility, capturing new business opportunities, and promoting the firm's services through collaboration and innovative strategies. Your work will involve establishing partnerships with companies to better serve our clients' needs, building relationships to complement PwC's strategy, and executing capabilities that allow PwC to deliver multi-competency programs.

As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear. Embracing ambiguity, you will use these moments as opportunities to grow and develop a deeper understanding of the business context.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, identify synergies between technology and the firm, and focus on market penetration and revenue growth. Your efforts will contribute to solution development and industry alignment, driving the firm's success in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

- Developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility
- Building and maintaining relationships with key Alliance executives to identify synergies and opportunities for solution development
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align strategies and achieve organizational targets
- Utilizing market research and digital marketing techniques to engage clients and promote the firm's services
- Identifying opportunities for market penetration and revenue growth through strategic alliances
- Managing and inspiring team members to deliver quality work in complex situations
- Analyzing data to inform insights and recommendations for business development
- Upholding professional and technical standards while navigating ambiguity and change

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience in Partner & Alliance Management, relationship management or related field, with a track record of supporting demand generation and successful programs
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
