IQVIA Marketing Services ANZ is seeking a commercially minded and highly motivated Strategic Omnichannel Solutions Specialist to help drive the next stage of our growth across Australia and New Zealand.

This is a unique opportunity to join a growing business within IQVIA and work with Pharmaceutical, MedTech, Consumer Health and Media Agency clients, helping them solve engagement challenges through innovative omnichannel communication strategies.

You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, growing existing customer relationships and helping expand IQVIA's Marketing Services offering across both established and emerging communication channels. From healthcare professional engagement and digital communications through to media, creative and omnichannel strategy, you'll help clients navigate an increasingly complex healthcare communications landscape while delivering measurable commercial outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone from a Pharmaceutical Agency, Healthcare Communications, Healthcare Media, Medical Publishing or Healthcare Advertising background who is looking to broaden their commercial, strategic and client-facing responsibilities.

Working closely with the Head of Strategic Omnichannel Solutions ANZ, you'll combine business development, client consulting, account management and solution design to develop tailored customer engagement strategies that deliver measurable outcomes.

About the Role

As a Strategic Omnichannel Solutions Specialist, you'll be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building long-term customer relationships and developing innovative omnichannel solutions that help clients engage healthcare professionals more effectively.

You'll work closely with Pharmaceutical, MedTech, Consumer Health and Media Agency clients to understand their objectives, identify challenges and develop tailored communication strategies spanning multiple channels and engagement approaches.

As the role develops, you'll progressively take ownership of customer relationships, business development activity and solution strategy while helping drive the continued evolution of IQVIA's Marketing Services offering across Australia and New Zealand.

What You'll Do

Business Development & Client Engagement

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Pharmaceutical, MedTech, Consumer Health and Media Agency clients.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across existing and prospective customers.
• Lead customer meetings, presentations, discovery discussions and capability sessions.
• Support revenue growth across both established and emerging Marketing Services offerings.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders.

Solution Design & Strategic Consulting

• Develop audience, channel and omnichannel engagement strategies.
• Help customers navigate channel selection, targeting, segmentation and engagement planning.
• Recommend innovative communication solutions aligned to customer objectives.
• Translate customer challenges into commercially viable Marketing Services solutions.
• Contribute to the growth and development of new service offerings.

Commercial Management

• Prepare quotations, proposals, statements of work and customer presentations.
• Support opportunity management from initial discussion through to project initiation.
• Collaborate with operational, technology, data and creative teams to develop customer solutions.
• Assist with forecasting, pipeline management and business planning activities.

Market & Service Expansion

• Support growth across Australia and New Zealand.
• Help expand Marketing Services beyond traditional Email, Fax and Mail services.
• Contribute to agency engagement strategies and growth initiatives.
• Identify market trends, customer needs and emerging communication opportunities.
• Provide ideas and recommendations to improve and evolve Marketing Services capabilities over time.

About You

We're seeking a commercially focused professional with experience in business development, account management, healthcare communications, client service or solution consulting.

You will bring:

• Experience within Pharmaceutical, Healthcare Communications, Medical Publishing, Healthcare Media, Healthcare Advertising or related healthcare marketing environments.
• Strong commercial acumen and a passion for business growth.
• Experience building and managing customer relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Confidence leading customer discussions and presenting recommendations.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Self-motivation, initiative and a proactive approach to achieving outcomes.
• The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with broader teams.
