We are a fast-growing organisation specialising in industrial engineering products, and we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales / Storeperson to join our Kalgoorlie branch.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a hands-on environment, has a passion for customer service, and thrives in a team-focused workplace.
What your Day to Day will look like:
Assist in the daily Stores and Sales operations.
Building relationship with customers via phone and email to assist in answering queries regarding products, pricing, orders, stock, delivery, and account queries.
Support inventory management and stock handling as required.
Being the first point of contact for the branch, service the customers.

Who are you?
- 6–12 months’ experience in customer service and/or warehouse operations.
- A current driver’s license (essential)
- Mechanical aptitude: knowledge of bearings and power transmission products will be highly regarded
- Intermediate computer skills (including Outlook and general systems use)
- A willingness to participate in ongoing training and embrace new ideas
- A strong desire to learn and develop your skills
- A demonstrated commitment to safety and quality, with the ability to perform duties in accordance with Company Health & Safety policies and procedures
