工作地点：上海市黄浦区 · M&M'S巧克力世界旗舰店（南京东路店）

任职要求
1. 大专及以上学历，3年及以上零售行业经验，有大型门店主管或值班经理（MOD）当班管理经验者优先；
2. 有团队管理与当班统筹经验，能带领班次团队达成业务目标，并在需要时迅速提供支持；
3. 具备处理突发情况与客诉的实战经验，沟通能力强、结果导向；
4. 乐于学习与成长，能以开放心态接受反馈，对日常工作有思考与总结习惯；
5. 能够在高分贝音乐、灯光氛围、客流密集的活跃门店环境工作，适应轮班制、节假日高峰高强度工作节奏；
6. 积极正向、富有活力与责任心，渴望在一个充满乐趣的团队中展现真实自我。

工作时间：弹性排班制(早/中/晚班)，做五休二（轮休，周末及节假日需上班）

你将负责
1. 顾客体验管理：倡导"顾客至上"的服务理念，营造让每位顾客都感到归属与快乐的门店氛围；作为值班经理（MOD）统筹当班运营——调控门店客流、减少收银等待、保障顾客与同事安全、及时响应咨询与突发情况；具备丰富的产品知识，确保陈列区域整齐有序、商品充足；与视觉支持团队协作，推进门店布局与陈列调整。
2. 门店运营管理：严格遵守操作流程与食品安全标准，确保运营卓越；遵守玛氏零售政策及中国相关法规，依据地方及公司标准参与门店各项审计。
3. 推动结果达成：跟踪每日/每周销售业绩，带领当班团队达成销售目标，确保与业务目标一致；。
4. 团队领导力：作为值班经理营造包容、愉快的工作环境，激励当班团队；作为M&M'S品牌专家，热情接待顾客、展示产品特色、支持品牌活动落地。
5. 持续改进：收集销售数据与顾客反馈，向管理层提出优化建议。

What We're Looking For
1. Associate degree or above, with 3+ years of retail experience; experience as a supervisor or Manager on Duty in a large-format store;
2. Proven team management and shift-leadership experience — able to lead a shift team to deliver business goals and step in with hands-on support when needed;
3. Solid hands-on experience handling emergencies and customer complaints; strong communication and results orientation;
4. Eager to learn and grow, open to feedback, with a habit of reflecting on daily work;
5. Comfortable working in a busy store environment with music and lighting, adaptable to shift rosters including peak holiday periods and fast-paced operations
6. Positive, energetic and responsible — excited to be your authentic self in a fun-loving team.

What will be your key responsibilities?

1. Customer Experience: Champion a "customers first" service mindset and create a welcoming, fun and inclusive environment for every guest. As Manager on Duty (MOD), you will own the floor during your shift — managing customer flow, reducing checkout wait times, ensuring the safety of guests and colleagues, and responding to inquiries and on-the-spot issues. Maintain deep product and category knowledge; keep the sales floor well -stocked and visually appealing; partner with the Visual team on layout and merchandising updates.

2. Store Operations: Follow operating procedures and food safety standards to deliver operational excellence; participate in audits against local and company standards, comply with Mars retail policies and Chinese regulations

3. Driving Results: Review and achieve daily and weekly sales performance against business targets; .

4. Leadership: As MOD, build an inclusive, enjoyable working environment and energize your shift team. Serve as an M&M'S brand ambassador — delighting guests, showcasing products, and supporting brand activations.

5. Continuous Improvement: Gather sales data and customer feedback, and propose improvement ideas to management.
