The Role

Our Start-Up and Project Delivery Leaders ensure our manufacturing operations are fully prepared to integrate new initiatives and technologies.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the readiness of our operations department to successfully receive and implement new projects. You will be instrumental in developing the skills and capabilities of our on-site teams, enhancing their expertise in successful project launches and equipment start-ups. This position requires strong leadership, a deep technical and process understanding of bringing new initiatives online, and a commitment to continuous improvement with a focus on eliminating waste and maximizing efficiency.

Daily work encompasses many of these areas:

• Identifying, prioritizing, analysing, and eliminating losses and inefficiencies
• Delivery and start-up of new equipment, initiatives, and projects 
• Collaborating with technical experts, and other functions to create the best solutions
• Creating learning programs and coaching and training technicians
• Creating and improving standards to enable us to achieve the performance targets for the production line

Job Qualifications

What We Look For:

• Candidates with some experience either in a manufacturing or an engineering environment will be considered. 
• University graduates who have completed a degree in one of the following Engineering fields – mechanical, electric or chemical engineering will also be considered.
• Evidence of passion and achievements, particularly leadership, in academic and/or non-academic activities.
• Strong English verbal and writing skills.
