Als stagiaire(e) Front Office (opleiding Allround Assistant Business Services) ben jij samen met het team het visitekaartje van onze organisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat bezoekers en collega’s zich welkom voelen en doet waardevolle praktijkervaring op binnen front office, hospitality en facilitaire dienstverlening.

Your Mission

• Tijdens je stage ondersteun je de Front Office en leer je alle facetten van het vak kennen, waaronder:
• Gastvrij ontvangen van bezoekers, collega’s en leveranciers;
• Bereiden van koffie en thee bij de Barista Bar;
• Afhandelen van inkomende telefoontjes en e-mails;
• Beheren van vergaderruimtes, parkeerplaatsen en andere faciliteiten;
• Uitgifte en beheer van bezoekerspassen en sleutels;
• Ondersteuning bij administratieve taken, postverwerking en bestellingen;
• Meehelpen bij de organisatie en uitvoering van meetings en evenementen;
• Ondersteuning bij facilitaire werkzaamheden, zoals voorraadbeheer en het melden van storingen;
• Kennismaken met BHV en veiligheid binnen de organisatie.

Your Talent

• Je volgt een MBO-opleiding Allround Assistant Business Services of in de richting van secratirieel/hospitality/facilitaire dienstverlening;
• Beschikbaar in het studiejaar 2026/2027 (verschillende instroommomenten mogelijk) voor minimaal voor minimaal 16 uur per week met de mogelijkheid om 40 uur per week stage te lopen;
• Momenteel ingeschreven bij een Nederlandse onderwijsinstelling en op zoek naar een stage als verplicht onderdeel van mijn studieprogramma;
• Je bent representatief, enthousiast en gastvrij;
• Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels;
• Je kunt goed organiseren en houdt overzicht;
• Je bent leergierig, proactief en flexibel ingesteld.
   

Deze functie is gevestigd in Den Bosch, Nederland. Werken op afstand vanuit andere landen is niet mogelijk.

Om voor deze functie in aanmerking te komen, moet je zelf al het recht hebben om in Nederland te werken. Wij zullen geen werk- of verblijfsvergunningen aanvragen.
