Education required: You are regularly enrolled in a work-linked (alternance) Master in Business Analyst or Digital Transformation in an Educational Establishment located in Belgium.

Language requirement: English and French

Other requirements: This individual should be able to operate with a good level of autonomy yet has good judgment in terms of knowing when and from whom to seek input. The position requires a performance driven team builder with a strong sense of urgency, good communication, influencing, leadership skills and significant understanding of the business.

Expected start date: October / November 2026

Requisite: You are currently following a work-linked (alternance) training course at a Belgian educational establishment. The apprenticeship must be mandatory & done in the framework of the curriculum, for which an agreement must be signed between GSK, the student and the Educational Establishment.

What will you do?

• Lead, develop, and align the data strategy with stakeholders to maximize the use of data generated by the MES system for end-users.

• Identify high-value KPIs that support end-users in driving key strategic objectives for Vx Manufacturing.

• Implement selected KPIs across the entire manufacturing network to ensure consistency and impact.

• Communicate effectively about innovations and data capabilities enabled by the team across the network.

• Coach and mentor key users to foster a strong data designer community and promote data-driven culture.
