Mission
Join Qonto as Staff Product Marketing Manager for the Netherlands to take a young, high-potential market to its next stage of growth. The basics are in place: localized IBANs, accounting integrations and payment methods, and a product that's already found real fit with Dutch freelancers and SMEs.
You'll work closely with Paula Ibarra, your future manager, and Georg Nuechtern, our NL Managing Director, and you'll be part of a PMM team dedicated to making Qonto the daily finance workspace for freelancer and SMEs across Europe.
➡️ As a Staff Product Marketing Manager at Qonto, you will
- Close the gap between market perception and product reality: Dutch customers and competitors talk about features Qonto may already ship. Part of this role is knowing the product cold enough to catch that gap before it becomes a lost deal or a wrong roadmap bet.
- Own the go-to-market for the Netherlands: Lead GTM end to end for a pipeline of upcoming pricing and product launches.
- Be the voice of the Dutch market internally: Spend time with customers and prospects, understand which local gaps remain despite already-strong product-market fit, and turn that into prioritized input for the roadmap.
- Partner cross-functionally at speed: Work inside a tribe that moves fast, run in close collaboration with Product and Tech. Bring that same collaboration to ongoing pricing experiments and acquisition partnerships.
- Take ownership of measurable impact: Define success metrics for your initiatives and own their effect on activation, adoption, and revenue, building on a team that has hit its targets quarter after quarter.
➡️ What to expect
- Strategic market focus: The role is built around the Netherlands specifically, at an early stage of the market's life. You're joining a team that launched a year ago and was staffed within the last year.
- Fast, test-driven culture: The team runs as a tribe, Lean-inspired, agile, constantly experimenting on pricing, incentives, and acquisition.
- Competitive market: You'll be up against traditional Dutch banks pushing further online and after freelancers and solopreneurs, strong local neobanks, payment pure players, and non-Dutch entrants building presence through social and money transfer products.
- High impact, high visibility: A strategic, multifaceted role with a strong business focus, positioning you as a true partner to the market's leadership.
- Growth environment: You're joining an early-stage market with real traction and headroom, as Qonto pushes to become the daily finance workspace for SMEs, with ambitious OKRs for 2026.
➡️ About you
- Fintech and market experience: Strong market and business acumen in B2B fintech or adjacent markets, ideally including firsthand knowledge of the Dutch competitive landscape.
- Customer-centric mindset: Demonstrated ability to turn customer insight into strategy, messaging, and go-to-market execution, not just report it.
- Collaborative strength: You influence without formal authority and build consensus across product, tech, sales, and central functions.
- Comfortable with ambiguity: You're energized by an early-stage, still-forming market rather than needing a fully mature playbook.
- Language: Native or fluent Dutch, with strong professional English.
