As a Senior Engineer / Staff Engineer, Process Engineering, you will drive process development, optimization, and continuous improvement to support yield, quality, reliability, and productivity targets in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
What will you work on?
Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve yield, quality, and efficiency.
Perform root cause analysis and resolve process-related issues.
Support new product introductions (NPI), process qualifications, and technology transfers.
Lead DOE, SPC, and continuous improvement projects.
Collaborate with Production, Equipment, Quality, and Product Engineering teams to ensure stable manufacturing processes.
This is you
Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, Physics, or related disciplines).
Senior Engineer: 5+ years of semiconductor manufacturing experience.
Staff Engineer: 8+ years of semiconductor manufacturing experience.
MUST Have
Hard Skills
Semiconductor process optimization and process control.
Yield improvement and defect reduction experience.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA), DOE, SPC, and problem-solving methodologies.
Process qualification and manufacturing support experience.
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and teamwork.
Ownership and ability to work independently.
NICE to Have
Hard Skills
Experience in Assembly & Test, Backend Packaging, or Wafer Fab.
Knowledge of Wire Bond and Die Bond processes and equipment.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, FMEA, and APQP.
Soft Skills
Leadership and mentoring experience.
Project management skills.
Continuous improvement mindset.
