Role Summary:
The Sr. Transformation Manager owns FSS Academy end-to-end and is accountable for its strategy, experience design, content portfolio, delivery, communications, stakeholder engagement, and impact measurement. The role positions FSS Academy as a primary vehicle for FSS Transformation training and communication, translating transformation priorities into clear, relevant, and measurable learning experiences for FSS audiences.
As part of this team, you’ll play a key role in bringing strategy to life, partnering closely with L&D peers and leadership to translate priorities into engaging, scalable learning solutions that make a measurable impact.
This position focuses on execution, innovation, and continuous improvement of learning experiences, with a strong emphasis on AI-enabled processes and digital learning, helping shape not just what FSS capabilities look like today, but where they are going next.
1. Product Strategy and Roadmap
- Own FSS Academy vision, strategy, roadmap, and governance aligned to FSS priorities and transformation goals.
- Identify capability gaps, learner needs, and growth opportunities through stakeholder insights, data, and market trends.
- Prioritize the FSS Academy portfolio and investments based on business value, learner impact, and strategic outcomes.
2. Learning Experience and Portfolio Design
- Design the end-to-end FSS Academy experience, including learning pathways, programs, resources, and communications.
- Translate business and transformation priorities into scalable learning solutions and product requirements.
- Ensure FSS Academy offerings are learner-centered, accessible, and aligned to business outcomes.
3. Transformation Enablement and Executive Engagement
- Position FSS Academy as the primary channel for transformation learning, adoption, and communication.
- Translate complex transformation priorities into engaging learning journeys, communications, and leadership resources.
- Present Academy strategy, performance, and recommendations to senior leaders while building alignment across stakeholders.
4. Product Delivery and End-to-End Operations
- Lead FSS Academy launches and adoption strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and action.
- Partner with FSS L&D peers to deliver integrated, high-quality learning solutions.
- Oversee FSS Academy operations, governance, communications, and continuous process improvement.
5. Measurement, Insights, and Continuous Improvement
- Define success metrics and measure FSS Academy impact across engagement, adoption, capability growth, and business outcomes.
- Leverage data, dashboards, and stakeholder feedback to inform priorities and decision-making.
- Evaluate portfolio performance and drive continuous improvement through actionable insights and recommendations.

Minimum Job Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities):
Education/Training
- Degree, or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with ADDIE or SAM learning frameworks and/or other similar methodologies is a plus
Business Experience
- Proven experience (at least 3 years) in specific roles/experiences needed
- Experience owning a product, platform, portfolio, academy, or enterprise learning experience through the full lifecycle.
- Experience presenting strategies, recommendations, and performance insights to senior leaders.
- Experience defining metrics, interpreting data, and using insights to guide priorities and improve outcomes.
- Experience applying instructional design methodologies and working with authoring tools like Articulate, Adobe Captivate, Ceros, or similar.
- Experience leveraging AI tools in content development, instructional design, or learning technology with a working knowledge of generative AI, prompt engineering, and emerging agentic AI capabilities.
- Experience managing or working on small matrixed teams and experience leading projects across functional boundaries
- Resourceful, with an innovative and entrepreneurial mindset

- Proven track record of results as a Change Manager/Leader (stakeholder engagement, communications, training, change agent network) or project manager.
- Ability to understand and identify the connections between skillsets and strategic objectives.
- Ability to think through, organize, and lead multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
- Ability to facilitate and communicate effectively in a hybrid environment.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
