What Are We Looking For?
We’re looking for people who are relentlessly curious and committed to continuous learning. AI is reshaping every function across our business, and we enable every team member, regardless of role or level, to build fluency in AI tools and concepts. Those who thrive here actively seek out new solutions, experiment thoughtfully, and apply what they learn to drive better, faster, smarter outcomes.
As a Technical Account Manager, you will be tasked with owning the overall relationship with SentinelOne's large-scale enterprise clients, leading complex implementation and onboarding projects, and delivering professional account management services that drive continued value and renewal. You'll work independently to evaluate customers' environments and architecture — including business needs, infrastructure, security, and compliance requirements — to deliver the right design and integration solution. You'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, and leadership to advocate for customer needs, resolve technical and business issues, and identify growth opportunities. You're a fast learner and natural problem solver who thrives in a fluctuating workload, globally dispersed, cross-cultural team environment.
What Will You Do?
Primary responsibilities include:
- Own the overall relationship with assigned large-scale clients, building the foundation for continued value growth and re-purchase loyalty toward SentinelOne's solutions.
- Lead complex implementation and onboarding projects for S1 products and services.
- Deliver professional and technical account management services — proactive communication, strategic advisory, technical project management, service reviews, escalation management, training, and more — following established best practices.
- Work independently to evaluate a customer's environment and architecture, delivering the right design and integration solution while maintaining high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, and upper management to advocate for customer needs, resolve technical and business issues, define feature requests, and collect customer feedback.
- Identify and develop upsell opportunities.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of company technology, products, and services.
- Contribute to the knowledge base by creating best-practice guides and video tutorials.
What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?
Ideal candidates will have:
- At least 3 years of experience in field engineering: senior support engineer (tier 3–4), Technical Account Manager, or Pre-Sales.
- A strong application and/or endpoint security background, with experience working with host-based (endpoint agent) security solutions preferred.
- Multi-OS support experience across Windows, Mac, and Linux (mobile platform experience a plus).
- Required training delivery experience.
- Experience with Enterprise customers — required.
- MongoDB experience preferred; any prior database experience (queries and basic programming) is acceptable.
- Scripting experience, with at minimum a working knowledge of Python, PHP, and Unix shell scripts.
- A customer-oriented, professional, and articulate problem solver with excellent written communication skills.
