The hired Technician will perform following logistics tasks:

. Monitoring of end-to-end process of Import shipments and updating of import monitoring report

. Coordinating with forwarders and brokers the status of clearance and delivery schedule

. Request proper import documents to CA PH Supply Chain, if needed

. Coordinate with CA PH Receiving Team for the delivery schedule

. Saving/Renaming of scanned Import documents to Inbound folder and related activities

. Retrieval of scanned Import Permit (IP ) documents requested by inter related department

. Classification request for Importable

. Uploading importable in PTOPS

. Filling of claims to Forwarder / Collins Insurance Agency

. Coordinate with QA, SC and receiving in regards with claim information and requirement

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.]

Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). If you live within a reasonable commute of an RTX site with other colleagues you interact with, your manager will discuss whether there is a degree of onsite presence associated with this role.
