Job Summary:

The Senior Specialist, Integrated Marketing will be a key player on the Venmo Integrated Marketing team, helping to bring high-impact campaigns to life and drive brand awareness and customer growth. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to shape marketing initiatives, ensuring every activation is engaging, cohesive, and impactful.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive individual looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing coordination, campaign planning, and cross-functional collaboration. You'll play a crucial role in executing integrated marketing campaigns, aligning teams, and delivering seamless customer experiences.

Working closely with brand and product marketing teams, you'll assist with project management, campaign execution, trafficking and deployment, and performance tracking—helping to make every campaign a success.

Job Description:

Essential Responsibilities:

• Execute marketing campaigns and initiatives to achieve business goals
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and implement marketing content and materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with marketing strategies
• Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing marketing processes
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

What the job involves:

• Campaign Coordination: Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (video, audio, digital, social, email, etc.).

• Project Management: Maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and deliverables to ensure all teams are aligned and deadlines are met.

• Communication & Collaboration: Facilitate cross-functional communication, ensuring stakeholders are informed of marketing plans, updates, and key initiatives.

• Asset & Content Management: Assist in organizing and distributing marketing materials, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

• Creative Rotation & Asset Trafficking: Lead the creative trafficking process, working cross-functionally to align on creative rotation instructions and deployment.

• Performance Tracking: Gather and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Administrative Support: Assist with meeting coordination, presentations, and documentation of marketing strategies and plans.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in marketing, with exposure to integrated or product marketing.

• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Comfortable presenting ideas to teams and stakeholders.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

• Collaborative team player with strong relationship-building skills.

• Motivated by teamwork and contributing to shared success.

The base pay for this role will depend on where you work and the relevant experience and expertise you bring. The expected range of pay for this role by location is:

New York City, New York: ($98,000.00 - $140,250.00 Annually)
