• Drive designs discussion and come up with robust and more efficient designs to achieve features in product roadmap
• Take complete responsibility of the features developed right from coding till deployments
• Be a leader, take responsibility of code quality and drive test driven development thought process in the team
• Collaborate and work along with experts in the team to understand the current architecture and propose opportunities for improvement
• Introduce new technology and tools for the betterment of the product
• Mentor New and junior associates in our team by shares knowledge by offering training sessions
• Guides fellow engineers to look beyond the surface and fix the root causes rather than symptoms.
• Evolves the hiring culture in the team, identifies skill gaps, and actively shapes job openings to ensure foreseeable requirements can be met in the future.

What you’ll do:

• Strong Technical Expertise on System Design
• Customer maintenance on existing product by providing timely quality fixes
• Drives/Leads the development, performs the code reviews
• Learns and adapts to applicable technologies, products, and tools
• Demonstrates good understanding of relevant domain and solutions
• Demonstrates good understanding of the product
• Develops in depth knowledge in certain components of the product
• Understands and analyzes business requirements and designs provided
• Assists with technical design
• Develops and executes Unit Tests
• Follows standard processes and procedures
• Identifies and resolves software bugs
• Tests and integrates with other development tasks
• Demonstrates problem solving and innovation ability
• Proactively picks up development and maintenance tasks
• Plans and prioritizes work
• Proactively reports all activities to the reporting managers
• Proactively seeks or helps as required

What we are looking for:

• 5 to 7 years of experience in Software development with bachelor’s degree
• Strong programming experience in Java/J2EE, Microservices & Springboot
• Demonstrable experience building, deploying and maintenance of enterprise applications
• Demonstrable experience with Web technology
• Warehouse Management experience
• Applet technical knowledge and hands on experience
• Good with SQL/Stored Procedures
• Product Maintenance experience - Work with Support/Customers/Stakeholders and ensure quick turnaround to customer and internal issues
• Proficient in Java/J2EE, Applet, SQL
• Strong in RDBMS concepts, SQL
• Application Architecture: Web technology and web site/portal development, Database Concepts: Relational Concepts, SQL
• Frameworks/Others: RDBMS, Spring-boot, GIT, Jenkins, Checkmarx, Appscan, Sonarcube
