In this role, you will design, develop and deliver training that helps commercial teams build strong disease-state knowledge, product expertise, competitive understanding, and customer engagement skills across two Neurology radiopharmaceutical product lines. You will partner closely with sales leaders, cross-functional stakeholders, and subject matter experts to create learning experiences for new hires and ongoing field development. The ideal candidate is a collaborative learning professional who can connect training strategy to business priorities, strengthen field readiness, and help drive commercial performance.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership: Partner with Neurology commercial leaders to define training priorities that support business objectives, role-specific performance expectations, and measurable field behavior change.
  • Market and Product Expertise: Maintain current knowledge of Neurology disease states, products, competitors, and market dynamics, and partner with subject matter experts to keep training content accurate and relevant.
  • Curriculum Design and Delivery: Design, develop, and facilitate Neurology training across virtual, in-person, e-learning, and blended formats to build product knowledge, disease-state fluency, competitive understanding, and customer engagement capability.
  • Measurement and Reporting: Analyze training metrics and field feedback to assess effectiveness, identify improvement opportunities, and communicate program impact and recommendations to business leaders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from sales representatives, sales leaders, and business stakeholders to refine the Neurology training program and improve learner experience, relevance, and impact.
  • Commercial Enablement: Collaborate with Commercial Excellence and Sales Operations to integrate new tools, sales processes, and broader business initiatives into effective field training and adoption plans.
  • Leadership Collaboration: Work with first- and second-level sales leaders across two Neurology product lines to reinforce learning priorities, drive sustainment, and support consistent execution in the field.
  • Compliance and Review: Ensure all training content and programs comply with applicable regulatory requirements, company policies, and legal-medical-regulatory review standards.
  • Vendor Management: Manage external training partners to ensure high-quality deliverables, timely execution, and adherence to GE HealthCare policies and standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Training Experience: 3+ years of experience in life sciences learning and development, commercial training, sales enablement, or a related field; experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical technology, or healthcare industry is preferred.
    • Demonstrated success designing, developing, and delivering learning programs that improve commercial readiness and performance.
    • Experience supporting field sales teams, product launches, disease-state education, or customer-facing capability development.
    • Neurology, radiopharmaceutical, imaging, diagnostic, or specialty pharmaceutical experience is highly valued but not required.
  • Sales Experience: 3+ years of direct field sales experience, preferably in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical technology, medical device, imaging, diagnostics, or specialty healthcare markets; demonstrated ability to translate sales strategy, customer insights, account planning, and objection handling into practical training that strengthens commercial execution.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, Life Sciences, Communications, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may also be considered.
    • Professional certification in learning and development, training, facilitation, instructional design, or coaching such as CPTD, CPTM, ATD, or similar credentials is preferred but not required.

Desired Skills and Capabilities:

  • Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage learners across virtual, in-person, and blended learning environments.
  • Experience with instructional design, curriculum development, adult learning principles, and learner-centered program design.
  • Ability to quickly build knowledge of Neurology disease states, treatment pathways, customer needs, and competitive market dynamics.
  • Comfort using learning technologies, sales enablement platforms, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Teams, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience partnering with legal, medical, regulatory, compliance, or promotional review teams to develop training content in a regulated environment.
  • Ability to manage agency, vendor, or external training partners to deliver high-quality work on time and within established standards.
  • Understanding of commercial sales processes, opportunity management, account planning, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Ability to translate complex scientific, clinical, or technical information into clear, practical learning experiences for commercial audiences.

Leadership Attributes:

  • Business-minded and results-oriented, with a focus on creating training that improves field confidence, customer engagement, and commercial execution.
  • Collaborative leader who can influence without direct authority and build alignment across sales, marketing, medical, regulatory, operations, and training stakeholders.
  • Strong relationship builder who earns trust through credibility, responsiveness, sound judgment, and follow-through.
  • Comfortable working in a matrixed, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and evolving business needs.
  • Analytical and curious, with the ability to use feedback, data, and field insights to identify opportunities and improve learning impact.
  • Clear and practical communicator who can simplify complexity and connect learning objectives to business outcomes.
  • Resourceful, flexible, and resilient, with a continuous-improvement mindset and a willingness to take initiative.
  • Committed to inclusive collaboration, professional development, and helping others succeed.

Collaborative Environment:

This remote-based role offers the opportunity to work across a broad, collaborative network while supporting a growing USCAN Neurology radiopharmaceutical business. The position includes approximately 25% travel for field engagement, training delivery, business meetings, and team collaboration.

  • Partner with front-line Neurology Radiopharmaceutical US Commercial team members and first- and second-level sales leaders to support field readiness and learning sustainment.
  • Collaborate with regional US and Canada Neurology cross-functional leaders as well as global partners to align training with business priorities and product strategy.
  • Work closely with the extended Radiopharmaceutical Sales Training team to share best practices, coordinate learning initiatives, and strengthen commercial capability across the organization.
  • Engage with internal subject matter experts, external vendors, and business stakeholders to create high-quality learning experiences that support both new hire onboarding and ongoing development.
