As a Sr. Product Manager, you will turn product direction into shipped features across our platform, from mobile and desktop to cloud. We follow spec-driven development (SDD): Product writes the PRD, and the downstream design and Jira stories are generated from it, so this role doesn’t involve grooming backlogs or writing stories by hand. You will take a defined task list, execute it using the patterns and processes we already have, prototype new ideas, and use AI throughout your work. This role reports to the Director of Product.

What you will do

Write PRDs with requirements precise enough that the downstream design and generated stories come out right the first time.

Build working prototypes of new ideas so the team can test them before committing to full development.

AI native across their work from research to delivery to day to day management.

Work closely with platform, mobile, and security engineering, plus Customer Success and Design, so new features fit into our existing products.

Flag progress, roadblocks, and risks early to the people who need to know.

What you need to be successful

5+ years of technical product management experience, with a track record of shipping products across mobile, desktop, and cloud.

Hands-on experience building applications and turning new ideas into working prototypes. A background in software engineering is a significant advantage.

Clear technical writing, and the ability to explain technical concepts to both engineers and business stakeholders.

Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Pendo, plus AI tools including Gemini, Claude, Claude Code, and ChatGPT.

A combination of strong technical skills and business savvy enough to interface with all levels and disciplines within the BlackCloak organization – from engineering to senior leadership

Have a clear understanding of UX design principles and experience working with customers and stakeholders as part of a design process.

Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks with minimal supervision, a sense of intellectual curiosity, humility, and accountability.

The ability to understand problems from the customer's point of view, internal or external, and the judgment to make the calls that maximize the value delivered.
