Capchase is an embedded financing platform used by enterprise tech vendors and their channel partners, including Barracuda, Verkada, Samsara, Fortinet and Palo Alto Networks. When a partner's sales rep offers flexible payment terms, deals close faster and larger. Your job is to get thousands of those reps using Capchase, and coming back to it.

You'll be our first marketer, reporting to the VP of Revenue and working inside the revenue team. You don't need to build a brand. You need to reach the reps who sell our partners' products, and you'll work mostly through AI agents to do it.

What you'll do

• Own Capchase's positioning and messaging, and keep it consistent across sales, product and partner channels.

• Run the plan for how and when we reach partner reps: emails, SPIFF announcements, win stories, enablement assets, and launch kits for every new OEM and VAR.

• Take products from idea to launch, with posts, social and PR for launches that help partner reps sell.

• Run repeatable campaigns aimed at OEMs and resellers that aren't partners yet.

• Make partner onsites, SKOs, QBRs and industry conferences produce pipeline.

• Build reusable AI workflows (Claude skills, Clay tables, automated sequences) that the sales team can run without you.

• Bring in plays we haven't thought of, test them cheaply, and scale what works.

How you'll be measured

• Monthly active partner reps (the north star), the share of reps who come back, and how fast new partners fund their first deal.

You might be a fit if you

• Have 6–10 years in partner, channel or product marketing at a B2B software, infrastructure or fintech company.

• Have written copy that got a partner's sales team to do something.

• Already work through AI agents, and can show us what you've built.

• Are comfortable with data: you define the metric before you launch and read results in a dashboard.

• Want to own outcomes, not just manage agencies.

Nice to have:

• Experience with equipment finance, BNPL or embedded payments,

• Experience working with Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay or Gong.
