À propos de ce poste Sr. Manager, B2B, Marketing Technology chez DoorDash USA
About the Team
DoorDash’s mission is to grow and empower local economies. By building intelligent, last-mile delivery technology for local cities, DoorDash connects people with the local businesses they care about — helping grow businesses and the communities that support those businesses. The Marketing Technology team is responsible for delivering best-in-class tools, data, and processes so teams at DoorDash can effectively acquire new customers, drive retention, and grow new business lines across all our audiences. Our mission is to enable teams to deliver personalized, engaging, and relevant content across all our owned and paid channels. We partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Analytics teams to translate Marketing’s technology needs into measurable business outcomes for our Growth and Performance Marketing teams.
The B2B Marketing Technology team does this for DoorDash's business customers. It owns marketing automation, the B2B websites, and the data flows between the tools used by our marketing and sales teams.
About the Role
We're seeking a Senior Manager to lead B2B Marketing Technology at DoorDash. You will own the B2B marketing technology stack: our marketing automation platform, its connection to sales tools, the B2B websites, and the data model and flows that connect them. You will set web and information architecture, define attribution priorities, close data gaps, and redesign our B2B marketing system architecture, building automations yourself when needed. You will lead the B2B MarTech team and partner with B2B Marketing, Go-to-Market Technology, Sales and Operations, Product, Engineering, and Data to set the long-term B2B marketing technology roadmap.
This role will report to the Director, Marketing Technology within the Growth Marketing organization.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
- Own the strategy, architecture, and roadmap for B2B marketing automation across our business lines.
- Design how leads move between HubSpot, Salesforce, and the data warehouse, including deduplication, scoring, routing, and lifecycle stages.
- Define the marketing data model and attribution priorities with B2B Marketing, Sales and Operations, and Data, and close data gaps across web, marketing automation, CRM, and the warehouse.
- Put monitoring, data quality standards, and governance in place so problems are caught before they affect campaigns, lead routing, or reporting.
- Set web and information architecture for the B2B websites. This covers the CMS, forms, tracking, tag governance, and the move to AI-native site infrastructure. Define standards rather than fulfilling page requests one at a time.
- Run an experimentation program on the B2B websites to improve conversion.
- Make keep, add, build, and retire decisions on B2B marketing tools based on cost, usage, and business impact.
- Own adoption of the B2B marketing stack, including the processes, training, and documentation that let B2B Marketing teams get full value from HubSpot and the B2B websites.
- Lead and grow the B2B MarTech team across web platforms, web development, and marketing operations.
- Partner with Go-to-Market Technology on architecture, system ownership, and the Salesforce roadmap.
- Serve as B2B Marketing’s technical lead with Product and Engineering, building business cases and prioritizing requests so resources go to the highest-impact problems.
- Advise marketing and go-to-market leadership on B2B marketing technology, with clear recommendations as goals and business needs change.
- Report on speed of lead handoff to sales, lead-to-pipeline conversion, data reliability, and time to launch.
We’re excited about you because you have…
- 8+ years in B2B marketing technology, marketing operations, or revenue operations, including 2+ years managing people across technical and operations roles.
- Deep expertise with an enterprise marketing automation platform (such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot) and Salesforce, and a strong technical understanding of how marketing systems connect: APIs, webhooks, data warehouses, CMS, and tag management. You can review a system design and identify risks.
- Experience designing a marketing data model (objects, fields, lifecycle and lead status, deduplication) and setting attribution and data quality priorities.
- Experience owning a B2B marketing website's architecture and improving conversion through experimentation.
- Experience selecting and managing B2B marketing and sales tools (such as 6sense, ZoomInfo, Clay, or Chili Piper), including vendor and agency relationships and build, buy, or retire decisions.
- A track record of turning marketing requirements into technical specifications with Product and Engineering, and of influencing senior stakeholders without authority by explaining tradeoffs clearly.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Nice to have: experience with data enrichment tools such as HubSpot Data Hub, querying data in Sigma or Tableau, and building automations or integrations, including with AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
