SR. COPYWRITER | SOCIAL-FIRST & AI-DRIVEN CREATIVE
We are looking for a creative, digitally native Senior Copywriter who can turn internet culture, emerging trends, and everyday conversations into relevant, engaging content. We expect this person to be passionate about using AI as part of the creative process, exploring Google's latest AI tools to develop ideas, iterate quickly, and create engaging content across platforms. Beyond writing, this role requires a creator's mindset: someone who can identify cultural opportunities, react quickly to real-time conversations, and transform product messages into authentic, platform-native content that feels relevant rather than like advertising. The ideal candidate combines strong writing skills, creative agility, cultural awareness, and a genuine curiosity about technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and write social-first content, including posts, short-form video scripts, captions, and creative narratives for Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, and other relevant platforms.
- Actively explore and use Google's latest AI tools to generate ideas, experiment with new creative possibilities, and optimize content throughout the creative process.
- Create daily content that is engaging, culturally relevant, and aligned with the brand's voice and communication objectives.
- Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, planning, and data teams to develop and deliver content that connects with audiences and supports campaign objectives.
- Contribute to the execution of ideas, working hands-on with content creation, production, and AI-powered workflows when needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience writing content for social media and developing ideas for digital campaigns.
- A portfolio demonstrating strong copywriting skills, creative versatility, and experience across social platforms and formats.
- Familiarity with AI tools and enthusiasm for integrating generative AI into the creative process.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional working proficiency in English is essential. This is a global account that requires regular interaction with international teams, as well as participation in meetings, creative discussions, and presentations in English.
- Availability to work onsite 2 days per week at the office in Vila Madalena, São Paulo.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with influencers, content creators, or brands with a strong social media presence.
- Experience working with global brands or on large-scale, international projects.
- Hands-on experience creating content using generative AI tools, including AI-assisted copywriting, image generation, and video creation.
- A strong interest in emerging technologies, internet culture, and the evolving relationship between AI and creativity.
