• Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
• Verify patient insurance information and eligibility.
• Collect co-pays, balances, and process payments.
• Register new patients and obtain required documentation.
• Manage patient files while maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Respond to patient inquiries regarding appointments, services, and office policies.
• Coordinate communication between patients, physicians, and clinical staff.
• Prepare and organize daily appointment schedules.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and correspondence.
• Process referrals, authorizations, and insurance forms as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks.

Salary Range: $21.96-$23.88
