We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Cash Management team, playing a key role in supporting and enhancing Regional/ global treasury operations.  This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about combining cash management operations, technology, and cross-functional collaboration. The role offers exposure to liquidity management, cash positioning, funding activities, and treasury reporting, along with involvement in system enhancements and process transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in optimizing cash management processes, improving controls, and leveraging technology, while working closely with internal stakeholders, global treasury teams, and banking partners to ensure efficient and accurate treasury operations.

Your Impact:

Reporting to the Treasury Manager based in Gurugram, you will join a team that pilot our cash management activities. The initial focus will be on Europe operations covering approximately 8.000 bank accounts and may soon expand as we deploy global capabilities. To perform this role you will leverage on our Treasury Management System – WallStreet Suite and will require active collaboration across the organisation, understanding our business patterns and Treasury needs, making you an indispensable link in the operational chain.

Your Responsibilities:

• Cash balances supervision:  reporting, analysis and advisory on the cash
• Supervise approval, execution and troubleshooting of Treasury payments such as distributions, interco, deposits, debt related, FX trades related, etc.
• Manage cash concentration, IHB transactions, intercompany funding, and cash movement activities.
• Execute and process FX Spot, transactions.
• Support cash optimisation strategies
• Coordinate FX confirmations, settlements, and bank instructions
• Operate our cash pooling operations and ensure it runs smoothly
• Ensure all cash activities are properly reconciled
• Maintain a strong operational relationship with our core banks
• Active collaboration with the other Treasury colleagues in charge of bank management, financial instruments, accounting and Wallstreet Suite support.
• Contribute to improvements projects such as building new dashboards, implement new functionalities in our TMS, etc.
• Assist for improvement of treasury policies, procedures, trainings

Qualifications and skills:

• Master degree in Finance or equivalent preferred.
• Treasury certification will be considered as a strong plus.
• 6 to 8+ years’ experience in a similar work environment and role. Seniority will be adjusted accordingly
• Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems is required
• Fluent in written and spoken English. 
• Strong communication skills to interact with parties at various levels of responsibility.
• Good organisation skills (prioritising and active follow up).
• Good analytical skills.
• High attention to details.
• Active team player who is eager to learn and be part of an evolving team.
• Able to work independently and take on additional responsibilities.
• Critical thinking, being comfortable with a changing environment, challenging the status quo.
