The Sr. Security Analyst will support Raytheon’s consolidated enterprise Special Access Programs (SAP) Personnel Security Center (PSC). This role assists with administering SAP security processes and ensuring compliance with applicable Government regulations, including 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM), DoDM 5205.07, SEADs, and ICD‑705. The selected candidate will help process Pre‑Screening Questionnaires (PSQs), submit required reporting to customer stakeholders, maintain security databases, and ensure proper execution of personnel and physical security requirements. Additional duties include supporting internal and external security reviews, documenting findings, recommending corrective actions, and safeguarding employee personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act.

 

What You Will Do

• Support execution of personnel, physical, and program security procedures in accordance with 32 CFR 117, DoDM 5205.07, SEADs, and ICD‑705
• Assist in developing and maintaining local Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Support subcontractor security requirements and provide general guidance as needed
• Process personnel security actions in alignment with DoDM 5205.07
• Participate in internal assessments and Government inspections
• Assist with documenting security incidents and preparing basic reports
• Ability to work extended hours in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
• Perform other duties as assigned
• This position may require travel on company business.

 

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Ability to obtain and maintain SAP access
• Prior experience supporting SAP or SCI programs
• Valid driver’s license (may involve escorting individuals across business locations)

 

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) or other Government security policies
• Familiarity with NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, and/or ICD‑705
• Degree in Business Management, Security, Criminal Justice, Information Management, or related field
• National Security experience
• DCSA/CDSE coursework (e.g., Introduction to SAPs, ICD‑705, SFPC, SPSC, PSC)
• National Security experience
• Experience working in a Special Access Program (SAP) and/or Sensitive Compartment information (SCI) environment
• Experience reviewing Contract Security Classification Specifications (DD254’s)
• Experience using DISS and NISS
• Self-starter comfortable with minimal supervision
• Good interpersonal skills and professional demeanor

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
