À propos de ce poste Sr. Analyst- Revenue Operations chez Brightedge
About the Role
BrightEdge is growing, and we are looking for a sharp, problem-solving Senior Analyst of Revenue Operations who knows "what good looks like" and is eager to help optimize and scale our go-to-market engine.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in management consulting, strategy & operations, or business operations who wants to bring their analytical rigor, process-mapping skills, and executive communication to a high-growth SaaS organization. Reporting directly to the Director of Revenue Operations, you will have a front-row seat to revenue strategy, partnering closely with Sales Leadership and C-suite executives.
As a core individual contributor, you will evaluate current operational workflows, pinpoint bottlenecks, and drive tangible improvements—with a particular focus on enhancing and redesigning our Salesforce (SFDC) ecosystem, streamlining Deal Desk governance, and establishing scalable sales processes. Over time, this role offers a clear trajectory for career growth and leadership as the RevOps function expands.
How You'll Spend Your Time
- Executive Presentation & Stakeholder Partnership: Partner directly with Sales and Customer Success Leadership and executive stakeholders, translating complex operational data and workflow challenges into clear recommendations and actionable roadmaps. Proactively surface your findings and help drive revenue growth.
- Bookings & Retention Forecasting: Own bookings, upsell and renewal (CRR) forecasting end to end — rebuilding the underlying models and delivering the forecast as a standing, systematized report on a published cadence that Finance and executive leadership rely on directly.
- Process Discovery & Optimization: Apply a structured, consulting-style approach to audit current-state sales workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design future-state operational frameworks that improve sales velocity and consistency.
- Salesforce Enhancement & Redesign: Partner closely with our Salesforce administrator to drive improvements to our Service Cloud environment — defining and prioritizing changes to data architecture, automated workflows, and the reports and dashboards leadership depends on, then carrying them through to delivery and adoption.
- Deal Desk Workflows & Governance: Support and optimize day-to-day Deal Desk operations in tandem with the Deal Desk Manager, refining approval matrices, standardizing discount guidelines, and accelerating the quote-to-close cycle.
- End-to-End Project Management: Own operational projects from scoping and stakeholder alignment through implementation, documentation, and change management enablement.
- Month End Close: Owns the operational reporting process and documents and works with finance and compensation teams to execute month end accurately and on time.
We’re Excited About You If You Have
- 2+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy & operations, or business/revenue/sales operations, with a demonstrated track record of analyzing business processes and delivering measurable improvements.
- Proven ability to break down complex business problems, map operational workflows, and design pragmatic, scalable solutions.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and visual presentation skills; comfortable presenting findings, frameworks, and recommendations to senior leaders.
- Strong quantitative analysis skills across Excel/Google Sheets, Salesforce reports and dashboards, AI tools, and/or modern BI platforms — including the ability to build and maintain working forecast models for renewals, upsell and bookings.
- Strong Salesforce Acumen: Practical experience or strong foundational knowledge of Salesforce administration, objects, fields, and automation. Salesforce certifications or experience with SFDC redesigns are a strong plus.
- Project Management Rigor: Strong organizational habits with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, drive cross-functional alignment, and see initiatives through to completion.
- Industry Background: Prior experience in or exposure to SaaS/technology is a plus but not required for candidates with strong consulting fundamentals.
- Bachelor’s degree is required in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or any related field.
- Ability to work on-site at least 4 days a week in our Chicago, IL office.
