Senior Analyst, Measurement

As our Senior Analyst, Measurement, you will sit at the very heart of Mars Integrated Intelligence, connecting the dots across disparate syndicated and custom data sources to tell an actionable, comprehensive performance story. You will empower regional and global stakeholders to make fast, evidence-based business decisions that directly shape the trajectory of iconic global brands.

In this high-visibility role, you will champion analytical excellence and data literacy while driving modern reporting automation. Partnering closely with Strategy, Innovation, and Brand teams across multiple geographies and cultures, you will navigate diverse data landscapes to translate granular metrics into strategic meta-learnings—transforming raw business intelligence into measurable global impact.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or another quantitative/business field. Master’s degree or MBA in a quantitative, business, or social science field preferred.
• Minimum Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or market measurement—specifically working with syndicated data and supplier platforms (e.g., NIQ/Nielsen, Circana/IRI, Kantar, Mintel, Euromonitor). Direct experience working on the syndicated data supplier/vendor side (e.g., NIQ, Circana, Kantar) or within a fast-moving CPG/FMCG organization preferred.
• Data Fluency & Synthesis: Proven track record of connecting disparate data sources, identifying macro trends, and translating technical data into practical business recommendations.
• Storytelling & Executive Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to "nerd out" in the data and seamlessly convey complex insights to non-technical and senior executive audiences.
• Process Improvement & Automation: Experience auditing manual reporting workflows and implementing scalable automation to increase team efficiency.
• Stakeholder & Cross-Cultural Collaboration: Demonstrated agility in partnering cross-functionally with Strategy, Innovation, and regional market teams across varying data maturities.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Cross-Source Data Synthesis: Gather, harmonize, and analyze large-scale market data across multiple external suppliers (NIQ, Circana, Kantar, Mintel) to monitor ongoing brand and category health.
• Performance Storytelling: Create high-impact presentations, analytical models, and executive work products to answer core business prompts and guide strategic decision-making.
• Reporting Modernization & Automation: Identify opportunities to streamline foundational data pulls and automate existing manual reporting processes.
• Cross-Regional Analytical Alignment: Partner with regional insights teams to execute multi-market analytical deep dives (e.g., penetration drivers, distribution dynamics) and coordinate initiatives to ensure global consistency.
• Innovation & Strategic Measurement: Collaborate with Global Strategy and Innovation teams to measure the performance, incrementality, and market adoption of new product launches.
• Global Meta-Learnings: Synthesize granular regional insights into broader organizational meta-learnings, establishing standard measurement benchmarks as part of a global data / consumer insights team.
• Ad-Hoc Executive Support: Deliver responsive, high-priority ad-hoc data pulls and analytical deep dives for senior leadership.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
