About our Team
The Sponsorship Team at RX Global is a dynamic group of creative individuals who drive revenue and create event sponsorships and digital opportunities across 10+ industries. This group is the hub for all sponsorship and advertising programs at our events. They develop new ideas to wow our customers, and work behind the scenes to see those ideas from start to finish in the execution of these programs onsite. We’re looking for someone with an eye on a little bit of everything…sales, marketing, finance, analytics, operations, and the finest level of detail. About the Role
As a Sponsorship Manager, you will create and develop sponsorship opportunities that drive value and revenue across the jewelry, golf, and pharmaceutical industries. Working closely with sales leaders, account managers, fulfillment teams, and external partners, you will help shape sponsorship strategy, launch innovative products, and deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout the full sponsorship lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Develop new product offerings for assigned brands with a primary focus on digital innovation and activations
- Review and improve existing product offerings
- Create a highly collaborative environment with best practice sharing across events teams
- Evaluate current market and assigned industry sector conditions to develop relevant revenue generating sponsorship opportunities
- Identify future market opportunities and define product vision/strategy
- Understand customer needs and research product requirements
- Engage closely with the Sales and Fulfillment teams to help determine the best technical implementation methods as well as a reasonable execution schedule
- Generate reports and provide updates to Senior Leadership as needed
Requirements
- Partnerships or account management experience
- Deep relationships with brands and agencies across multiple verticals, with experience engaging directly with senior marketing decision-makers
- A strategic and consultative sales mindset, with a proven ability to tailor pitches to align with brand goals and deliver measurable results
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, capable of inspiring and persuading in high-stakes meetings
- Experience creating and implementing products and services applicable across the Event Management space
- Strong understanding of digital products, sponsorships, and activations
- Sales Force experience a plus
- Approximate Travel of 25% required

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $59,200 - $98,600. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
