Role Summary:

The Studio Partnerships & Promotions Specialist is responsible for supporting Cinemark omni-channel marketing campaigns. This position will leverage knowledge of traditional digital & social marketing campaign execution, combined with strong communication and project management skills to support new and existing business opportunities for Cinemark USA.

This position will use organization, innovation, and project management skills to support marketing initiatives with external partners. The Specialist will support marketing briefings and cross-functional communication/tools as well as provide:

• Maintain efficient, organized and detailed campaign execution
• Budget tracking and invoice management
• Meeting recaps and maintain daily client communication/tools
• Exceptional client service and client management
• Timely and consistent reporting

This position must be proactive & detail-oriented and continuously support initiatives that explore and uncover the business needs of Cinemark’s key vendors to understand how Cinemark advertising can help to grow box office and attendance. This Specialist position interacts daily with cross-functional teams which requires strong project management & communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for studios, third-party vendors and new customers – examples of communication with studios include trafficking assets, routing content for approvals, meeting recaps, and invoice processing/delivery.
• Support marketing efforts and provide cross-functional communication tools and briefings for all related film and alternative content marketing creative.
• Support development of marketing pitches for clients and partners
• Submit project requests via project management tool, Workfront, and see project through execution/delivery
• Assisting with marketing budget including submitting invoice requests, purchase orders, new vendor requests, and processing invoices.
• Maintain marketing and performance tracking documents

Marketing Planning & Project Management

• Support film and alternative content promotional strategies, marketing plans, meeting agendas and recaps, and related project management to ensure cohesive, comprehensive programs are created, presented and approved by leadership in a consistent format
• Contribute to development of marketing programs for film and alternative content campaigns by briefing and partnering with internal key stakeholders and subject matter experts for media planning & buying, media relations, event planning, approvals of coupons/offers, etc.
• Serve as subject matter expert when it comes to partner info and assets during cross-functional team and marketing meetings
• Ensure marketing campaign elements are on-budget and on-time

Cross-Functional Communication

• Maintain and update systems and processes for communication and workflow for internal and external teams
• Maintain agendas and recaps for internal and external partnership meetings

Results-Driven Performance Analysis

• Monitor and communicate film and alternative content marketing results
• Maintain monthly partnerships performance metrics for department

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing or related field, or related experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in building strategic partnerships, agency or media sales.
• Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with individuals and groups at all organization levels; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize, plan and organize the business activity. Must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter, self-motivated and drive to achieve team goals.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to perform under pressure.
