Role Overview

The Specialist, Sourcing  will oversee the execution of recruitment campaigns for all sourcing channels in order to meet the required number of applicants. As a part of the Athena team, you will have an exponential opportunity, empowering the fiercely ambitious to reach the most audacious goals.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide tactical and strategic sourcing plans for specific channels to produce the required number of hires based on targeted sourcing approach

• Oversee the overall execution of the Sourcing channels assigned to increase the pipeline of candidates for recruitment processing

• Responsible for ensuring good candidate experience and employee engagement

• Maintain a healthy cost per hire and conversion rate from applicant to hires.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in recruitment sourcing, volume environment is preferred

• In-depth understanding of candidate search processes including boolean passive searches and utilizing job portals

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Inherently motivated and professionally persistent

• Listening skills and time management

• Excellent project management and multi-tasking skills

• Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
