Your Responsibilities

• Du entwickelst die bAV-Strategie kontinuierlich weiter und hast dabei stets gesetzliche Änderungen und relevante (interne) Richtlinien in Blick
• Du konzipierst und steuerst die Modelle zur Finanzierung und Sicherung von Pensions- und Benefits-Leistungen in cross-funktionaler Zusammenarbeit mit dem Finanzbereich
• Du analysierst und optimierst Versorgungsordnungen, Richtlinien und Betriebsvereinbarungen
• ​Du bereitest interne sowie externe Audits vor, dokumentierst Compliance-Standards und fungierst als kompetente:r Ansprechpartner:in für interne und externe Stakeholder
• Du analysierst Pensionsverpflichtungen und die finanziellen Auswirkungen bei Planänderungen

Your Profile

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzwirtschaft, Mathematik, Rechtswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Langjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich betriebliche Altersversorgung und/oder Benefits
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Betriebsrentengesetz sowie Arbeits-, Steuer- und Versicherungsrecht
• Langjährige Erfahrung mit HR oder bAV Systemen
• Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Detailgenauigkeit.
• Kommunikationsstärke, Beratungskompetenz und Freude an cross-funktionaler Zusammenarbeit
