Specialist, Nature Programmes

• Join a collaborative, international team working at the intersection of sustainability, business strategy, and on-the-ground implementation.
• Gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of projects spanning forests, water resilience, regenerative agriculture, and sustainable sourcing.
• Play a hands-on role in supporting projects from the development of methodologies and frameworks to supporting teams in project design, implementation and impact measurement.
• Report to the Senior Manager for Nature Programmes in the Global Sustainability team and support programmes by regularly engaging with colleagues across sustainability, wider internal functions, and external partner organisations.
• Based in London, with occasional travel, particularly to Paris.

• Help turn ambitious commitments into tangible outcomes by supporting the design, delivery, and scaling of nature programmes across the House across key topics including water, forests and landscape projects.
• Contribute to projects that restore and regenerate ecosystems, strengthen climate and water resilience, and support sustainable livelihoods for communities.
• Build strong partnerships with internal teams, suppliers, NGOs, and implementation partners to drive collective action and maximise impact.
• Generate insights and evidence that help guide decisions, track progress, and demonstrate the value of investing in nature.
• Support the development of innovative approaches, tools, and methodologies that strengthen how nature outcomes are delivered and measured.
• Play a unique role at the intersection of strategy and implementation, helping connect global sustainability ambitions with practical action on the ground.

What you will bring

• Foundational experience supporting environmental, agricultural and/or development, projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex information into clear insights.
• Strong organisation and project management skills, with the ability to manage time effectively, structure processes and manage practical tools, such as trackers, and deliver high-quality work across multiple priorities.
• Ability to build positive relationships and collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, both internally and externally.
• Curiosity and a willingness to learn, adapt, and navigate emerging topics in a fast-evolving field.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
