YOUR MISSION

• 1st and 2nd level support for multimedia, audiovisual, meeting room, and collaboration technologies
• Provide technical support for corporate and executive events
• Operate audio, video, presentation, and streaming technologies
• Support Microsoft Teams Rooms and collaboration solutions
• Coordinate technical setup, testing, and event readiness
• Ensure reliable live technical support during events
• Maintain multimedia equipment and technical documentation
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Drive continuous improvement of multimedia services.

YOUR TALENT

• Successfully completed studies or vocational training in IT, audiovisual technology, media technology, event technology, or a comparable field
• At least 3 years of professional experience in multimedia, audiovisual, or event technology support.
• Strong technical knowledge of audiovisual systems, video conferencing, audio systems, displays, cameras, microphones, and presentation technologies
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Surface Hub, Microsoft 365, Windows 11, and collaboration technologies
• Practical experience supporting corporate events, hybrid events, executive meetings, town halls, and live productions
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve technical issues quickly in time critical situations
• High level of service orientation with a strong focus on user and event experience
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors
• Flexible and willing to support events outside standard business hours when required
• Motivated to continuously learn new multimedia, audiovisual, and collaboration technologies
• Fluent in German or English, with additional languages considered an advantage.
