Key Responsibilities

• Invoicing and Billing:
  •Generate and send out invoices to customers promptly and accurately.
  •Verify billing data and correct any discrepancies.
  •Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing issues.
• Collections:
  •Monitor accounts to identify outstanding balances.
  •Contact customers via phone, email, or mail to follow up on overdue payments.
  •Negotiate payment plans with customers if necessary.
  •Maintain records of collection efforts and customer communications.
• Account Management:
  •Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
  •Apply payments to customer accounts and ensure proper documentation.
  •Process credit memos and adjustments as needed.
• Reporting and Analysis:
  •Prepare regular reports on the status of accounts receivable.
  •Analyze aging reports to identify trends and potential issues.
  •Provide insights and recommendations to improve the AR process.
• Compliance and Documentation:
  •Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  •Maintain accurate and organized records of all AR activities.
  •Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and information.

Skills and Competencies

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
  Skills:
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  •Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  •Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  •Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  •Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

  •Some overtime may be required during peak periods or month-end close.
