POSITION SUMMARY:

This position primarily support, record and manage relevant monthly databases and analytical figures on volunteerism and CSR, acts as a key coordinator to engage and work with both internal divisions within the Company and external stakeholders with community partners (NGOs). The CSR Specialist provides generalist support to CSR initiatives as well volunteer events, acting as a conduit of information in reaching out to volunteer members of the Company.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support, record, and manage monthly database and analytical figures of volunteerism and CSR, such as volunteer hours and participations etc.
• To coordinate and support implementation of volunteer activities of the Company, as well initiatives and programs with Department’s daily operations, such as volunteer deployment coordination, ensure volunteer activities details is well coordinated between community partners and internal divisions, assist to lead volunteers throughout the volunteer activities in accordance with quality assurance to Company’s volunteer service’s standard. Support other areas which tribute to other department objectives.
• Engage and work with various internal divisions and external community partners on CSR events and campaigns
• Provide administrative support to department, as required.

• Assist in preparation on various CSR communication materials adjusted to various internal target audience

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience

• Proficiency and hands-on in MS Excel (including Pivot Tables, advanced formulas and data analysis), database management is required. Basic knowledge of local associations and community entities (NGOS) is an advantage.

Education

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)

Skills / Competencies

• Excellent communications skills in Cantonese. Knowledge in English and Mandarin highly regarded
• Strong analytical, numerical and data management skills
• Organizational skills with ability to work under pressure with efficiency
• Results driven attitude with a positive mindset, ability to navigate complex tasks independently

• Able to work overtime and/or during weekends occasionally
