About the Role
Responsible for providing operational support to distribution channel(s) to ensure smooth execution of the sales processes工作职责：
- 有效地结合友邦中国营销计划和与分公司的销售渠道，密切合作以确保达成目标.
- 承接总部营销员渠道产服综合推动及客户中台产服专业赋能 ，开展机构产服综合推动，管理培育外勤产品大使
- MDRT/COT/TOT/大健康以及五星会的专业推动等
- ECM活动及老客户产品交叉销售推动
- 和总部沟通协调产品上线安排，并确保准备好产品上线前的各项市场材料和销售工具；
- 协助建立分公司产品等相关的各项培训体系并担任讲师；
- 根据渠道需求，市场状况、公司业务目标等，制定产品推广策略，并制定达成计划的各类执行方案；
- 配合市场推动节奏，高效推进产品线上推广与线下活动等方案的执行落实并就效果进行反馈追踪；
- 举办分公司层面的健康大讲堂与客户活动并提供陪访支持；
- 贯彻分公司产品分层管理计划，有效组织相关俱乐部活动。
任职资格：
- 本科（含）以上学历， 市场营销、 保险、 金融业或经济学优先；
- 3年以上同业或银行财富管理，相关产品分析、产品策划推广及产品培训等相关工作经验；
- 优秀的沟通和表达演示能力，善于推广材料和销售工具；
- 良好的项目执行能力；
- 熟练操作办公软件，优秀的英语读写能力。
