About the Job:
The Spare Parts Inventory Specialist is responsible for the proper control and management of Spare Parts inventory and for providing continuous support to Fleet operations. The role establishes clear ownership of Spare Parts inventory, improves stock control, accurately tracks consumption, and ensures continuous support for Fleet operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Act as the dedicated resource responsible for Spare Parts stock and inventory accuracy.
- Ensure timely issuing of spare parts and materials to the Fleet team based on approved requests.
- Monitor stock movement, track spare parts consumption, and maintain visibility of stock availability.
- Ensure all receiving, issuing, and handover transactions are properly recorded.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of Spare Parts.
- Receive spare parts and oil shipments from suppliers; verify quantities and condition against the purchase order.
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree required; Supply Chain, Commerce, Business Administration, or Engineering preferred.
- 1–3 years in a warehouse, spare parts, or inventory role — fleet/automotive background preferred; strong fresh graduates considered.
