Southern California Client & Market Coverage Support

OBJECTIVE

Provide focused, part-time market development support to strengthen Transportation West’s client relationships, pipeline, and projected revenue across Southern California. The goal is to move towards full time upon successful pilot.

CLIENT FOCUS

You will be assigned responsibility for three priority clients:

• Client 1 – Own market strategy, client relationship development, opportunity identification, and internal coordination.
• Client 2 – Support the existing client team with relationship development, market intelligence, pipeline advancement, and pursuit strategy.
• Client 3 – Recommend a third client after an initial review of regional priorities, current relationships, and growth potential with Transportation West leadership.

SCOPE OF SUPPORT

• Develop and maintain client-specific market and relationship plans.
• Coordinate client engagement across STV leaders and technical staff.
• Identify, qualify, and advance new opportunities.
• Improve pipeline accuracy, visibility, and accountability.
• Support pursuit strategy, capture planning, and proposals.
• Provide market intelligence on client priorities, funding, competitors, and upcoming procurements.
• Support additional Southern California growth priorities as agreed with leadership.

ADDITIONAL SCOPE

Additional responsibilities may be added to support other areas of the business. We do not anticipate any additional scope to add more than 5 – 7 hours/week.
