We're looking for a Solutions Architect (IBM Software) who combines strong technical curiosity with excellent communication skills and enjoys working at the intersection of technology, business, and presales.

About the Role

As a Solutions Architect (IBM Software), you will be responsible for designing and presenting complex IBM Software solutions across areas such as Automation, Databases, AI, and Security. You will work closely with IBM, partners, and end customers to develop technical strategies, build solution architectures, support sales opportunities, and drive partner enablement through demonstrations, workshops, and presentations.

What You'll Do

• Design and present IBM Software solutions focused on Automation, Data Management, AI, and Security
• Engage with partners, vendors, and end customers to understand business and technical requirements
• Support sales opportunities by creating technical proposals, solution architectures, demonstrations, and recommendations
• Deliver technical presentations, workshops, webinars, and partner enablement activities
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and vendor teams to drive business growth
• Conduct customer and partner meetings to promote IBM Software solutions and best practices
• Maintain technical certifications and continuously expand your expertise in enterprise technologies
  

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a Solutions Architect, Technical Presales, Systems Engineer, Consultant, or similar customer-facing technical role
• Solid understanding of one or more of the following areas: Automation, AI, Databases, Security, ERP systems, Application Performance Monitoring, or Enterprise Software
• Ability to design and present end-to-end technical solutions and translate business requirements into practical architectures
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging customers, partners, and technical audiences
• Passion for technology and willingness to continuously develop expertise in IBM Software solutions
• Fluent Polish and English language skills
• Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to quickly learn new technologies
