About Your Role
Within the Solution Architecture (SA) team of our CX organization, we are looking for motivated individuals that seek to carry out the SA mission of enabling our healthcare customers to maximize the value of QGenda in new & innovative ways. By leading with a consultative approach, we’re seeking individuals that have a natural curiosity to learn, a desire to deliver a solution from start to finish, and strive to help customers solve their business objectives with technology.
As an On-Call Solution Architect, you will work with our Enterprise customers to define requirements and apply best practices to implement QGenda's On-Call product. You will implement and train new customers towards stabilization and self sufficiency in QGenda and proactively collaborate and consult with customers to help them achieve maximum value, ensuring successful renewal. On-Call Consultants must have the technical knowledge to set up an effective product and the interpersonal skills to convey the decisions that can be made based on the customer goals.
As a critical member of the team, you will complete configuration according to customers’ success criteria determined during the onboarding process. You will work collectively with all teams throughout QGenda to meet the customer's “go live” expectations.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Configures QGenda On-Call solution using customer requirements and best practices while taking into account ease of use and maintenance of the configuration for the customer and QGenda Customer Success team.
- Prepares for and leads implementation & customer training calls as appropriate, documents final configuration of QGenda setup, and transfers knowledge effectively to long-term Customer Success resources.
- Works cross-functionally with Technical Account Managers, Project Coordinators and Project Managers, Customer Success Managers, Product Strategy, Sales Solutions, and other QGenda resources to ensure all customer requirements are scoped and delivered.
- Maintains task plans and timelines in workflow management system and customer success platform (CSP).
- Escalates to management when customer’s success criteria are in jeopardy and when customers are dissatisfied with progress and movement of the on-boarding process.
- Provides input into customer onboarding and lifecycle processes to directly influence the continued success of the On-Call product
Who You Are
- Communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proactively identify and solve problems and then build sustainable solutions to prevent recurrence
- Manage a project, work to deadlines, and prioritize between competing demands
- Identify process gaps and suggest solutions to improve future performance
- Demonstrate personal drive to complete assigned action items and self-assign work as needed
- Exhibit peer leadership and positive influence on the wider team
- Demonstrate detail-oriented and organized skill set
- Experience utilizing Salesforce, or similar CRM software
- Proficiency in Google GSuite Products (Documents, Sheets, Slides)
- Ability to work in a team environment
Experience You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar, SaaS/software implementation role
- Ability to travel for customer meetings
- Experience utilizing Salesforce or similar CRM software as well as Google Suite Products
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet
Not Required, but Nice to Have
- Engineering or other technical degree
- SaaS/Software technical configuration and implementation experience
- Experience/exposure to the healthcare and IT ecosystem
