We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to serve as the senior process, strategy, and architectural lead on client engagements. You’ll own the full arc of a project, from discovery and solution design through delivery, and will establish yourself as a trusted, long-term advisor to our clients.
This is a senior, client-facing, billable role. You should be confident driving discovery and analysis with clients at all levels, constructing architecture strategies, and guiding cross-functional teams through delivery. You’ll also contribute to building and improving Hunley’s internal processes and delivery standards.

Hunley is a Salesforce Summit Partner and boutique implementation consultancy specializing in the construction, building products, and manufacturing industries. In 2026, Hunley joined forces with TrebleHook, a Salesforce OEM/ISV platform, to form CRM Solutions, a combined entity delivering both implementation services and proprietary product development. We’re at an exciting inflection point, expanding our capabilities in data, AI, and integration architecture, and actively building the team that will take us there.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the senior architectural and strategic lead on client projects, from discovery through go-live
- Lead business process design, solution architecture, and integration design in partnership with Technical Architects
- Take point with clients: drive discovery, construct proposals, present recommendations, and manage stakeholder relationships
- Develop deep understanding of each client’s business, maintaining trusted advisor status across engagements
- Contribute to scoping, estimation, and proposal development in partnership with sales and leadership
- Help develop and refine Hunley’s delivery processes, standards, and architectural best practices
- Mentor and guide consultants and junior architects on the team
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of Salesforce implementation experience, with demonstrated expertise in solution architecture
- Strong, confident client presence: able to lead discovery, navigate ambiguity, and communicate clearly with business and technical stakeholders at all levels
- Experience designing end-to-end solutions including integrations, data architecture, and process strategy
- Salesforce certifications required; Architect track certifications strongly preferred
- Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction), building products, or manufacturing industries is a significant plus
- Comfortable in a boutique consulting environment: you own your engagements, contribute to process-building, and thrive without a large support infrastructure
- Collaborative, curious, and invested in the growth of the team and the company
Bonus Points
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, or AI-adjacent solutions
- Familiarity with integration platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato)
- Experience with TrebleHook or similar Salesforce OEM/ISV products
- Background building repeatable delivery frameworks or practice standards
