What you will have an opportunity to do:

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and execution of service operations at Solfina Bar & Terrace. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this position leads daily front-of-house operations, supervises service teams, and ensures exceptional guest experiences across all dining, lounge, terrace, and bar environments.

The Restaurant Manager serves as a highly visible leader responsible for maintaining service excellence, supporting revenue growth, developing team members, and creating memorable guest experiences.

Essential Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Service Leadership

• Lead daily service periods and ensure exceptional hospitality standards.
• Maintain active floor presence throughout meal periods and evening operations.
• Engage with guests to build relationships and encourage repeat visitation.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure consistency of service, food presentation, and beverage execution.

Operations Management

• Oversee daily dining room, terrace, lounge, and bar operations.
• Execute opening, shift transition, and closing procedures.
• Monitor cleanliness, organization, and facility presentation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards.
• Coordinate closely with culinary leadership to ensure smooth service execution.

Team Development

• Supervise servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and service lineups.
• Coach team members on hospitality, beverage knowledge, upselling, and guest engagement.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives.
• Foster teamwork and accountability throughout the operation.

Beverage & Revenue Focus

• Support beverage sales initiatives and promotional programming.
• Encourage suggestive selling and guest engagement techniques.
• Assist with beverage inventory controls and operational audits.
• Support special events, entertainment activations, and seasonal promotions.

Financial & Administrative Responsibilities

• Support labor management and productivity goals.
• Monitor daily sales and operational performance.
• Ensure proper cash handling and POS compliance.
• Assist with scheduling, payroll review, and inventory processes.
• Support achievement of outlet financial goals.

Hilton Systems & Technology

• Utilize POS, reservation, labor management, and guest service systems effectively.
• Monitor guest feedback platforms and assist with service recovery efforts.
• Ensure operational reporting requirements are completed accurately.

Education & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience.
• Upscale restaurant, resort, lounge, or nightlife experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of food, beverage, and service operations.
